Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our website or email with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
2. Follow the return instructions we provide to pack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Drop off the package at your local post office.
4. Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the package. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Return Policy:

• Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Returns will not be accepted if the items show signs of use, such as stains (including makeup or deodorant) or pet hair.
• Items purchased on sale, clearance, pre-order, or backorder are final and not eligible for returns.
• Bodysuits and underwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Any return received outside the 14-day period will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Reasons & Solutions:

• Late Arrival: If your order is delivered after 30 days, we will refund you $5.
• Defects/Quality Issues: We will send a replacement item at no extra cost.
• Incorrect Size/Color: Refund is possible, but the customer covers return shipping.
• Change of Mind: Refund is possible, but the customer covers return shipping.
• Wrong Item: We will cover the return shipping and send the correct item.
• Damaged Parcel: We will send a replacement at no extra charge.
• Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping details. Let us know immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Please contact us to receive the correct return address. Do not use the address on the package, as it is not intended for returns and may disrupt the return process.
